About the Role

Belle Pulses is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Evening Plant Supervisor to join our growing team in the grain processing sector. This role sits at the intersection of Food Safety and Customer Service—perfect for someone who likes both building relationships and making things happen.

You’ll support the production team in ensuring that Belle Pulses is producing the highest quality green and yellow peas products, ensuring customers get what they need, when they need it.

The Impact You'll Make

Your focus is keeping the plant running and supervising up to 10 production employees in the evening. You’ll maintain compliance records, drive operational activities, and collaborate with the rest of the team.

What You'll Do

1. Supervise production staff and activities between 2pm and 10pm at our Duck Lake, Sk facility.

2. Ensure production goals and shipping goals are achieved.

3. Coordinate facility activities including communicating expectations, dealing with productivity issues and potentially fixing minor equipment problems to ensure production.

What You'll Bring

1.



Strong and demonstrated supervisory skills. A sense of urgency, to ensure on time shipping of finished product. While food or agricultural production experience is not required, an interest or training in this area would be good.

2. Basic millwright/maintenance skills or a 1A driver license would be an asset.

3. Strong organizational skills with the proven ability to manage multiple priorities.

4. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

5. Clear, professional English communication skills—both written and verbal.

6. Excellent attention to detail with a mindset of continuous improvement.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
