Job Summary

Our client is seeking an Inside Technical Sales/Customer Service Representative to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in the transportation, industrial or automotive industry. In this role you will primarily be responsible for generating sales leads and business development.

Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Compensation: $50,000-$60,000/yr + Advantages + PTO

Responsibilities:

- Inside sales and new business development
- Prepare quotes and follow ups
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Follow up on sales leads
- Process orders via phone, email, fax or walk ins
- Provide technical product support and troubleshooting
- Identify customer requirements and recommend appropriate products and solutions
- Research product information and work with internal resources
- Develop product knowledge and communicate product features to customers
- Coordinate with purchasing and warehouse operations teams regarding product and availability
- Develop strong customer relationships
- Perform other duties as needed

Experience

- Minimum 2 years experience in transportation, industrial or automotive inside sales
- Possess a strong Technical aptitude
- Excellent English communication skills,



both verbal and written
- Ability to generate sales and new business development
- Strong MS Office skills and ERP system is an asset

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
