GIANOVA Marketing - Hamilton, ON

GIANOVA is seeking friendly, outgoing, and motivated individuals to join our team as Community Outreach Representatives. This part time position focuses on promoting our services, connecting with local communities, and helping potential clients access dental care through our partner clinics.

With flexible working hours, this role is ideal for individuals who enjoy meeting new people, engaging with the community, and working independently.

Key Responsibilities

· Distribute promotional flyers in residential neighborhoods, shopping areas, and approved community locations.

· Approach and engage with seniors and community members at local markets, shopping centres, and community events.

· Introduce GIANOVA's services and provide information about our partner dental clinics.

· Identify potential clients and connect interested individuals with our team for further assistance.

· Build positive relationships with local businesses and community organizations.

· Track daily outreach activities and report results to the team.

Qualifications

· Friendly, outgoing, and confident in approaching new people.

· Good interpersonal and communication skills.





· Comfortable engaging with seniors and local community members.

· Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently.

· Comfortable walking, standing, and working outdoors.

· Vietnamese language skills are preferred but not required.

· Previous experience in sales, promotions, customer service, or community outreach is an asset but not required.

· No previous experience required, training will be provided.
