- 3 years of experience in the flooring and building supplies industry
- Proven experience in Quickbooks
- Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening techniques
- Customer service expertise with a friendly, qualified demeanor
- Organizational skills to manage merchandising displays and maintain store cleanliness
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently
