Overview

The Personal Care Home Manager leads daily operations and supports a protected, respectful environment for residents. This role coordinates care, guides staff, and oversees resources while promoting residents’ dignity, wellbeing, and quality of life.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily resident care and ensuring residents receive attentive, consistent support.
- Supervise and guide staff, communicate expectations, and support effective teamwork across care activities.
- Oversee medication administration practices and coordinate with nursing staff to support safe, organized care.
- Monitor budgets and operational needs, balancing resources with residents’ care priorities.

Experience

Required: Practical leadership,



supervising, communication, and organizational capabilities support daily operations, staff guidance, care coordination, and responsible budgeting. Sound judgment and attention to detail help maintain consistent routines and support safe medication administration in a resident-focused setting.

Preferred: RN or LPN would be an asset. Personal Care Home living experience, nursing knowledge, and background in senior care. Experience supervising care teams, applying leadership skills, and contributing to budgeting can strengthen your ability to support residents and colleagues.
