We're looking for an ambitious, passionate, and results-driven Enrollment Specialist to join Eternal Beauty!

This opportunity is for someone who genuinely loves sales, knows how to build relationships, and has the confidence and persistence to turn prospective students into enrolled students.

Let's be clear: This is a commission-only position.

We're looking for someone who understands performance-based compensation, is motivated by earning potential, and is ready to take ownership of their results. If you need someone to push you to follow up, make calls, or close deals, this probably isn't the role for you.

But if you're self-motivated, competitive, and excited by the challenge of growing a business through sales, we'd love to meet you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Connect with prospective students interested in pursuing careers in medical aesthetics and beauty.
- Respond to inquiries, qualify leads, and identify the right programs for prospective students.
- Conduct consultations and confidently communicate the value of our programs.
- Follow up consistently with prospective students and nurture leads throughout the enrollment process.
- Handle objections, build trust, and confidently ask for the sale.
- Convert qualified leads into enrolled students.
- Properly use and update your CRM contacts
- Proactively generate recent leads and identify opportunities to increase enrollment.
- Track your pipeline, monitor your performance, and work toward enrollment targets

THE COMPENSATION

Commission-only. Performance-driven.

This role is designed for someone who understands and embraces a commission-based compensation structure.

Your earnings will be tied to your sales performance under a clearly defined commission plan. This is an opportunity for someone who is confident in their ability to build a pipeline, convert leads, and drive enrollment growth.

Please note: This position does not include a guaranteed base salary. Candidates should be comfortable with variable income.
