What We’re Looking For
· Minimum 2 years of management experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment, ideally in a casual/fine dining format.
· A hospitality-forward mindset with a genuine passion for guest experience.
· Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a team.
· A hands-on approach to daily operations, cleanliness, and service standards.
· Robust communication skills and the confidence to have honest,
productive conversations.
· A commitment to accountability, teamwork, and creating a positive workplace culture.
