Decora Powder Coatings is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Manager - Powder Coating Sublimation Systems to oversee maintenance, equipment reliability and the technical performance of specialized industrial finishing equipment.

This is a hands-on technical management role supporting vertical powder-coating production equipment, automated sublimation ovens, PLC-controlled machinery and associated mechanical and electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities

- plan, organize and oversee preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance activities
- manage the maintenance and reliability of vertical powder-coating production equipment
- maintain and troubleshoot automated sublimation ovens and associated systems
- diagnose mechanical, electrical and PLC-controlled equipment failures
- troubleshoot PLC-controlled machinery, sensors, motors, drives, conveyors,



electrical controls and automated production equipment

Pay: $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 44.0 per week
