# SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (AWS Migration) – Banking

## About the role

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to support a banking client's HR technology landscape. The role focuses on SuccessFactors implementation and optimization, and on migrating related integrations, data, and supporting workloads to AWS. You will work in a regulated environment, so security, compliance, and data protection are priorities.

## Key responsibilities

- Configure, implement, and support SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Learning, and Compensation.

- Plan and deliver the migration of SuccessFactors-related integrations, middleware, reporting, and data workloads to AWS.

- Design and maintain integrations, such as SAP BTP/CPI and APIs, between SuccessFactors, on-prem systems, and AWS services.

- Run data migration activities, including extraction, transformation, validation, and cutover.

- Work with HR, IT, security, and compliance stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into solutions.

- Make sure solutions meet banking regulations and security standards, such as GDPR, data residency, and audit requirements.





- Prepare documentation, run testing (SIT/UAT), and provide hypercare after go-live.

## Required qualifications

- 4+ years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors consulting experience, with at least one full-cycle implementation.

- Proven experience with cloud migration projects on AWS, using services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, VPC, and CloudFormation or Terraform.

- Experience with SuccessFactors integrations (SAP CPI/BTP Integration Suite, OData/SOAP/REST APIs).

- Strong data migration and data quality skills.

- Understanding of security and compliance in a regulated industry.

- Excellent communication skills in English. Other languages are a plus.

## Nice to have

- SAP SuccessFactors certification(s).

- AWS certification (Solutions Architect, SysOps, or similar).

- Previous experience in banking or financial services.

- Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD practices.

- Experience with Agile or hybrid delivery.

Pay: $80.00-$120.00 per hour

- Solution architecture: 9 years (preferred)
