Overview

The Torspec Shop Helper supports day-to-day shop and manufacturing work by assisting with material handling, basic assembly, packaging, and organized work areas. This hands-on role helps colleagues keep jobs moving and finished products ready for the next step.

Duties

- Assist with assembly, packaging, and shop tasks using hand tools and safe work practices.
- Help move and organize materials; support warehouse activities and use a forklift when qualified.




- Read manuals, take measurements with calipers, and assist with quality checks.
- Support machining and fabrication work involving coil making , tube making/ preparation , painting parts, grinding parts, cleaning parts.
- Cleaning shop
- Heavy lifting can be required at times
- Skid making

Qualifications

Required: Practical mechanical knowledge, and the ability to follow manuals and support assembly, packaging, and quality control. Your impact: Accurate checks and organized materials help coworkers complete work efficiently. Preferred: Manufacturing, machining, or warehouse experience. willing to adapt and learn.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
