What You Will Do:

- Maintenance & Repair: Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance (PM) on CNC mills, lathes, multi-axis machines, EDM equipment, and automated production lines.
- Diagnostics: Diagnose complex mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults using blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Installation: Align, set up, and commission new high-tech machinery and robotic/automation components.




- Fabrication: Perform precision welding, machining, and fitting tasks to repair or modify machinery components when needed.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure all machinery operates in strict compliance with OHSA regulations and company safety standards.

What We Are Looking For:

- Certification: Red Seal Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) License (433A) is highly preferred, but proven high-level international equivalent experience will be strongly considered.
- Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience working as a Millwright in a CNC machining, automotive, or aerospace manufacturing setting.
- Technical Skills: Expert understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, precision alignment, and machine tool geometry. Deep experience with Fanuc, Siemens, or Haas controls.
- Soft Skills: Sharp troubleshooting mindset, ability to solve complex mechanical issues independently, and fluent communication skills in English.
