Would you like to gain real-world marketing experience with a growing Canadian real estate franchise brand?

We are looking for enthusiastic students interested in participating in our REALM NEXTGEN Digital Media & Marketing Program.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Working with our marketing and leadership teams, you will have opportunities to:

- Create engaging social media content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Produce Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, TikTok videos, and YouTube Shorts.
- Design professional social media graphics and marketing materials using Canva.
- Edit short-form and long-form videos using CapCut, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar software.
- Assist with promotional campaigns for REALM Realty Canada and participating brokerages.
- Develop creative ideas, captions, hashtags, and content calendars.
- Help promote franchise announcements, events, brokerage openings, and agent achievements.
- Assist with photography and real estate-related video production.
- Research social media trends and creative marketing strategies.




- Support audience engagement, content scheduling, and performance reporting.
- Work on real creative projects while building your professional portfolio.

All published content will be subject to company review and approval.

WHO SHOULD APPLY?

We welcome applications from:

- Grade 11 and Grade 12 students participating in approved school co-op programs.
- College and university students studying marketing, advertising, graphic design, or communications.
- Digital media and content creation students.
- Aspiring social media managers, graphic designers, and video editors.
- Students who have developed creative skills independently through social media projects.

You do not need years of professional experience.

We are looking for creativity, initiative, reliability, a willingness to learn, and genuine interest in digital content creation.

SKILLS WE VALUE

Experience with any of the following is an asset:

- Canva
- CapCut
- Final Cut Pro
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe Photoshop
- Instagram and Facebook
- TikTok
- YouTube Studio and YouTube Shorts
- AI-assisted content creation tools
- Photography and smartphone videography
- Graphic design, animation, or motion graphics

You do not need to know every program listed above.

Pay: $17.60-$35.00 per hour
