Job Title: Customer Support Advisor
Location: Mississauga, ON
Job Type: Full time | Hybrid

We are seeking a motivated Customer Support Advisor to promote and sell parts and services while providing after-sales support to new and existing customers in the construction and forestry equipment industry.

The ideal candidate will have sales experience, strong customer relationship skills, and the ability to identify new business opportunities while maintaining excellent service for existing customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Prospect and cold-call new accounts to promote products, parts, services, and special offers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Conduct regular customer visits to identify sales opportunities and increase parts and service revenue.
- Develop and execute territory sales plans to expand the customer base.
- Collaborate with management to implement sales and marketing strategies.
- Maintain accurate customer records, call reports, quotes, and sales activity documentation.
- Assist with parts quotes, orders, deliveries, returns, and inventory control as needed.
- Monitor competitor pricing and product information to support market competitiveness.
- Address customer complaints promptly and coordinate resolutions with relevant departments.




- Participate in required training and maintain company vehicle cleanliness and scheduled maintenance.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

- Previous sales experience, preferably in the construction, forestry, agricultural, or heavy equipment industry.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory and work flexible hours.
- Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Strong computer skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Parts or heavy equipment industry certification is considered an asset.

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
