About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HVAC & Plumbing CSR/Dispatcher who knows the trades, understands the demands of field service work, and can coordinate with precision. This is not an entry-level role — we are looking for someone confident, assertive, organized, and ready to take ownership of their department.

You will be the bridge between customers and technicians, ensuring every job runs smoothly from call-in to close-out.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer calls, emails, and service requests with professionalism and urgency
- Build efficient, profitable daily schedules for both HVAC and Plumbing departments
- Dispatch technicians with accuracy and proactive communication
- Understand HVAC and plumbing terminology, job types, and required technician skill sets
- Follow up on open estimates, maintenance reminders, warranties, and membership communications
- Support technicians with parts coordination, warranty intake, and job details
- Communicate with customers before, during, and after jobs to ensure a 5-star experience
- Maintain accuracy and detail within ServiceTitan (or similar CRM)




- Work closely with management, marketing, and the office team to keep operations smooth and efficient

- Experience working in HVAC, plumbing, or a related trade is mandatory
- Prior CSR, dispatcher, or service coordination experience in the trades

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour
