Sr. Senior DevOps and Cloud Engineer:
On behalf of our Healthcare client, Procom is searching for a Sr. Senior DevOps and Cloud Engineer for a 4-month role. This position is a hybrid position with onsite work as needed at our client’s Toronto office.

Sr. Senior DevOps and Cloud Engineer - Job Description:
The Agency requires a Senior DevOps and Cloud Engineer to support the Enterprise Pub/Sub Applications Team. The resource will build, deploy, operate, and maintain AWS infrastructure and application environments. This critical project involves enhancing AWS infrastructure and application environments, focusing on AWS technologies, particularly in a public sector context.

Sr. Senior DevOps and Cloud Engineer - Responsibilities:

- Build, deploy, and maintain AWS infrastructure and application environments
- Support Enterprise Pub/Sub Applications Team
- Operate and manage AWS infrastructure
- Implement infrastructure automation and operational documentation
- Perform root-cause analysis and incident response

Sr. Senior DevOps and Cloud Engineer - Mandatory Skills:

- Advanced AWS CDK and CloudFormation experience




- AWS Lambda and API Gateway engineering experience
- Amazon ECS, Application Load Balancer, and NextGen Connect administration experience
- AWS cloud operations and security experience
- Public sector experience

Sr. Senior DevOps and Cloud Engineer – Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Experience with IAM roles and permissions
- Familiarity with VPC networking
- Understanding of reusable constructs and stack architecture
- Proficiency in Python and JavaScript for CDK development
- Experience in supporting Java and Python container applications

Sr. Senior DevOps and Cloud Engineer – Assignment Length:
This is a 4-month contract position.
