This is a senior B2B sales role for a hunter, a true rainmaker, not a farmer. You will acquire new accounts and land projects.

You have at least three years of experience in the building restoration, renewal, or waterproofing industry, and you’re deeply familiar with property groups, property managers, and engineering clients.

The Opportunity

WCP Building Renewal is hiring a Senior Account Executive to drive the growth of our Building Restoration Division. This is a hybrid role for a someone who can hunt for current business, estimate complex scopes, and guide building restoration projects.

What You Will Own

1. Business Development & Sales (The Hunter)

- Drive new business for concrete restoration, waterproofing, and building envelope projects.
- Build long-term trust with Engineers, Property Managers, and Strata Councils.
- Navigate sales cycles, presenting technical solutions to Boards and stakeholders.

2. Technical Estimating (The Architect of the Deal)

- Interpret engineering reports and site conditions to create accurate, profitable estimates.
- Build the scope of work and pricing strategy that balances competitiveness with margin.

3. Pre-Construction & Client Stewardship (The Guardian)

- The Handoff:



Lead the transition from "Sales" to "Production." You will brief the stakeholders, clarify the scope, and ensure the operations team is set up to win.
- Client Management: Remain a primary point of contact for the client throughout the build.

Who You Are

- Industry Experienced: You have proven experience in building restoration, waterproofing, or technical construction sales.
- A "Hunter": You love the thrill of the chase.
- Organized & Accountable: You can manage a pipeline of leads while simultaneously keeping active clients updated.
- Tech-Forward: Comfortable using CRM tools and estimating software to manage your workflow.

This Role Is NOT For

- "Pure" Project Managers who do not want to sell or estimate.
- Transactional salespeople who disappear once the contract is signed.
