Schedule:

*Monday-Friday: 8:00-4:00 with optional weekend overtime shifts

*Paid 30 minute break

Job Overview

As a Commercial Cleaner, you’ll help maintain clean a commercial office space through consistent, detail-focused cleaning working together with other staff members.

Requirements:

*Having a vehicle or driving is an asset as location is not on an ideal bus route.

*Ability to lift 30lbs

*Strong communication skills

*Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Duties

- Clean floors, surfaces, washrooms, offices and shared areas using appropriate cleaning methods.
- Empty waste bins, replenish supplies, and keep cleaning equipment organized and ready for use.
- Follow site procedures, use cleaning products carefully, and report maintenance concerns or supply needs.
- Special cleaning projects as requested.





Qualifications

Required: Practical cleaning skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow cleaning procedures and use supplies responsibly.

Preferred: Custodial experience and familiarity with commercial cleaning practices, including maintaining shared spaces and completing routine cleaning tasks consistently. Reliability, organization, and a considerate approach to working around others are helpful strengths for contributing to a clean and orderly workplace.

Pay: From $17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
