Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Server to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, ensure guests have a pleasant dining experience, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and guide them through the dining experience.
- Present menus, explain menu items, and answer questions about food and beverages.
- Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Check on guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Maintain clean and organized tables and dining areas.
- Process payments and handle cash or card transactions accurately.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and restaurant service standards.

Requirements

- Previous restaurant serving experience is an asset.




- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and well-organized.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
