Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate preferably be fluent in Tagalog language and will support dentists in providing exceptional patient care, ensuring smooth clinic operations, and maintaining a welcoming environment. This role offers an opportunity to work with advanced dental technology and contribute to improving patients’ oral health. Two years experience with dental software and procedures is preferred, further training will be provided for the right candidate.

Duties

- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments in accordance with infection control protocols
- Assist dentists during various procedures, including exams, restorations, and RC treatments
- Take and develop dental radiographs using CAD technology when necessary
- Manage patient records using Abeldent software systems
- Provide patients with post-treatment instructions and answer basic questions about procedures




- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and updating patient information
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety standards
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient workflow and excellent patient care

Experience

- 2 Years previous experience as a Dental Assistant or in a similar role is preferred. Training will be provided for qualified candidates
- Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and infection control practices is must.
- Experience with dental software such as Abeldent, or similar systems is highly desirable
- Familiarity with orthodontics procedures and pediatric dentistry is a plus

Expected hours: 25.0 – 40.0 per week
