YOUR ROLE

As a Host, you’re one of the first people our guests meet — which means you help set the tone for their entire visit.

We’re looking for people who can bring energy, confidence, personality, and a great attitude every time they walk through the door.

You’ll be responsible for:

- Giving every guest an energetic and genuine welcome
- Making people feel comfortable the moment they arrive
- Managing the waitlist, reservations, and seating of guests
- Communicating with servers and managers to keep the restaurant flowing
- Answering phones and helping guests with questions and reservations
- Talking to guests about promotions, MR MIKES Rewards, gift cards, and what's happening in the restaurant
- Keeping the entrance, lobby, and host area looking great
- Helping your teammates when things get busy
- Learning the menu and becoming comfortable talking about MR MIKES
- Bringing a positive attitude and helping create a fun environment for guests and your team

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You don’t need years of restaurant experience.

We can teach you how to host.

What we can't teach is personality, enthusiasm, and a willingness to connect with people.
