Job Summary

The Logistics Sales Executive develops business-to-business relationships and identifies freight solutions that support customer supply chain needs. This role combines prospecting, account management, and coordination with internal teams to build reliable service and lasting customer partnerships.

Responsibilities

- Identify and pursue B2B sales opportunities through inside sales, customer conversations, and follow-up.
- Negotiate service terms, understand freight requirements, and present suitable 3PL solutions.
- Manage customer accounts and relationships, coordinate with operations on service needs, and support sales management activities.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales data through data entry and relevant systems, including AS400 where applicable.

Experience

Required: Practical negotiation, customer relationship management, account management, and clear communication skills support effective sales conversations and dependable customer follow-through. Accurate data entry and the ability to understand freight and supply chain needs help keep account information and service coordination organized. Preferred: Experience in B2B sales, inside sales, 3PL, or sales management, along with familiarity with AS400, can help you identify opportunities and serve logistics customers effectively.

Pay: $18,000.00-$22,000.00 per year
