The successful candidates will be responsible for the execution of daily kitchen operations and food preparation. Cuisine: East Indian and South Indian and Tandoor Experience Core Tasks & Duties: * Plan menus and estimate food requirements for their realization. * Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods. * Inspect kitchens and food service areas. * Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food. * Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.



* Clean kitchen and work areas. * Manage kitchen operations. Qualifications & Requirements: * Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required. * Experience: 5+ years of specialized commercial cooking and kitchen management experience, with a proven track record in East/South Indian and Tandoor cuisine. * Credentials: Safe Food Handling certificate (or willingness to obtain) * Language: English (oral and written communication capabilities).
