Job Summary & Purpose

The primary focus of this position is the entry and review of financial transaction data for the Character Trades Group of companies, which includes Greenlawn, Boreco, and Limitless Landscaping. This role will have a direct impact on our level of professionalism and organization.

Management of all accounts payable & receivable transactions, as well as select administrative responsibilities.

Job Specifications (tasks, duties, & responsibilities - TDRs)

40% - Data entry and review to support payroll with our payroll partner

30% - Data entry and review to support accounts payable financial transactions

20% - Assisting the Administration group with customer support

10% - Contribute to ongoing A/R and Payroll projects under the direction of the Finance Manager

Competencies Needed (knowledge, skills, abilities, and attributes)

-accounting education or equivalent industry experience
-experience in Quickbooks is vital
