We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented EDI Distribution Coordinator to manage orders for major retail accounts and ensure shipments are processed accurately and on time. This person will work closely with sales, production, logistics, and warehouse teams to follow orders from placement through delivery.

Responsibilities

- Manage and follow up on orders for major retail accounts.
- Ensure order quantities, shipping dates, and delivery requirements are accurate.
- Process orders, shipments, and invoices through the EDI system.
- Communicate with retailers, warehouses, and internal teams regarding order status, delays, and shipping issues.
- Ensure orders meet each retailer’s requirements, including packaging, case packs, size runs, and UPC labels.
- Coordinate with the warehouse to ensure the correct products and quantities are shipped on time.
- Monitor urgent orders and resolve any distribution or shipping issues.




- Use the ERP system to manage orders, generate pick tickets, and track product movement.
- Assist with additional distribution and logistics tasks as needed.

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in distribution, order management, or logistics, preferably in the fashion industry.
- Bilingual in French and English, with strong communication skills.
- Experience working with EDI systems and ERP software.
- Solid Excel skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Understanding of shipping, logistics, and distribution processes.
- Knowledge of Visual Next ERP is a strong asset.
- Ability to multitask and work in a quick-paced environment.
