We are hiring for a Jamaican restaurant in Calgary NE and looking for an experienced, reliable Prep Cook to join our team before our grand opening! If you’re passionate about Caribbean food and enjoy a positive, fast-paced kitchen environment, this is a great opportunity to grow with us from day one.

What You’ll Do

Prep and portion ingredients for daily menu items (jerk chicken, oxtail, curry, etc.)

Assist chefs with cooking, plating, and maintaining quality standards

Keep kitchen clean, organized, and food-safe

Properly label, store, and rotate ingredients

Help with deliveries and inventory when needed

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 1 year experience in a restaurant or commercial kitchen

Must have reliable transportation (Calgary NE location)

Available Monday to Saturday

Team player with a positive attitude





Passion for food — Caribbean cuisine experience is a plus!
