We're looking for an experienced, people-focused Liquor Store Manager to join our Berezan LRS team. If you're a natural leader who enjoys developing employees, delivering great customer service and keeping a retail operation running smoothly, this could be the opportunity for you.

As Store Manager, you'll take ownership of daily operations, support your team's success and help drive sales and profitability. You'll play an important role in creating a welcoming shopping experience while ensuring high standards across all areas of the business.

What you'll be responsible for

As Store Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operation of the store, support your team's development, and help drive sales and profitability. You'll create a welcoming shopping experience while ensuring the store operates efficiently and meets company standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading, coaching and supporting employees to build a strong, customer-focused team.
- Delivering outstanding customer service and setting the standard for a positive guest experience.
- Maintaining attractive product displays, merchandising standards and overall store presentation.
- Overseeing inventory, product availability and stock management.
- Implementing promotions, seasonal displays and product initiatives.
- Monitoring sales and budgets while working toward store performance targets.
- Ensuring company policies, procedures and operational standards are consistently followed.
- Managing daily administrative duties, documentation and store records.




- Addressing customer concerns and employee issues professionally and effectively.

What we're looking for

We're looking for a hands-on leader who enjoys working with people, understands retail operations and is committed to creating a great customer experience.

Ideally, you'll bring:

- Previous liquor store experience is preferred, with an understanding of liquor products, inventory and retail operations.
- Two years of management or supervisory experience is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to coach, motivate and develop employees.
- A customer-focused approach and the ability to lead by example.
- Experience with inventory management, merchandising and sales targets.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Effective communication, problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.
- A positive, qualified and team-oriented attitude.
