StepThru Modular Ltd. is a growing accommodations company that caters to the ever-changing Oil Industry as well as other travellers in need of clean quality living quarters and nourishing daily meals. Our camps provide all necessities to our guests so they can feel as close to home as possible. Our extra amenities include a 24-hour gym, large theatre room, lounging area, table games, 24-hour food and more. Housing 150 + people, our team is structured and eager to accommodate and welcome all genres to our camps.

Looking for a full time Breakfast Cook, must have food safe and be able to present meals to 100 plus or less people daily (numbers pending on people staying can change daily as we are an open camp). Camp is located in Red Earth Creek, AB.

We offer a 20 day in 10 day out schedule as well as transportation from Edmonton if required.

What the job entails?

The Breakfast Cook is responsible for preparing breakfast meals.

Your work will include: **not limited to**

- Preparing and baking goods from scratch




- Restocking pastry shelves and maintaining a sufficient and fresh supply of baked goods.
- Planning potions of the menu with the other kitchen staff as a well rounded team
- Helping with the food orders
- Making sandwiches
- Ensuring clients have healthy lunch options to pack in the morning
- Wrapping and dating all baked goods.
- Ensuring safety and sanitation in the kitchen
- Serve clients and staff in a personable and professional manner
- Dishes
- Night shifts
