Position Overview:

We’re seeking a skilled Siding Installer with a solid background in the installation and repair of siding systems. This is a hands-on role focused on improving the appearance, durability, and energy efficiency of residential and commercial buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install a variety of siding and roofing materials including vinyl, wood, aluminum, and fiber cement.
- Perform siding and roofing repairs, replacements, and finishing work with precision and efficiency.
- Ensure proper flashing, sealing, and water resistance during installations.
- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical specifications.
- Maintain a safe and organized worksite, adhering to safety guidelines at all times.
- Collaborate with project managers, crew members, and clients to ensure top-quality results.
- Assist with related tasks in roofing or weatherproofing when needed.

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of siding or roofing installation experience (required).
- Solid working knowledge of siding techniques, tools, and materials.
- Comfortable working at heights and using ladders, scaffolding, and lifts.
- Familiarity with general construction and building codes.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship.




- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred).

Why Work with Us?

Compensation – Starting base pay is $25–28 per hour, based on demonstrated experience and skills, during probation. Following successful completion of probation, base pay may progress up to $30 per hour based on demonstrated performance; increases are not automatic. Separate production bonuses may be earned for measurable improvements in productivity, efficiency and project profit margins. For top performers after probation, base pay plus earned bonuses may reach the equivalent of $35 per hour. Bonuses are conditional and are not guaranteed hourly wages; eligibility, targets and calculation terms will be provided in writing before participation.

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- 8-hour shifts
- Occasional weekends or on-call work as needed
