Key Responsibilities

- Lead requirement gathering sessions and translate business needs into detailed user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria in Jira.
- Serve as the techno-functional expert, bridging the gap between business objectives and technical implementation.
- Cultivate a product owner mindset by managing and prioritizing the product ba cklog to maximize business value.
- Engage and manage stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clear communication, consensus, and alignment on project goals.
- Collaborate closely with development and QA teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
- Facilitate workshops, sprint planning, and review meetings to drive project momentum.

Qualifications

- 8+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role
- KYC Domain experince.




- Demonstrated product owner mindset with experience in ba cklog management, prioritization, and release planning.
- Expert-level proficiency with Atlassian Jira for managing requirements and tracking development progress.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability in stakeholder management, with a track record of building strong, collaborative relationships.
- Ba chelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

Mandatory Skills: Financial Crime - KYC / AML .

Experience: 8-10 Years .

The expected compensation for this role ranges from CAD 100000 to CAD 150000 .
