We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in food preparation and meal assembly, ensuring that every dish meets our standards for taste and presentation.

Duties

- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and storing food supplies.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service.
- Help train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols.

Skills

- Experience in the food industry, particularly in a restaurant setting.




- Proficient in food preparation techniques and meal assembly.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
- Attention to detail, particularly regarding presentation and quality of dishes.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Pay: $17.95-$19.00 per hour
