Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and provide expert assistance on product selection, including gardening tools, plants, and landscape supplies
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently to process sales transactions accurately while handling cash and electronic payments
- Maintain attractive merchandise displays through effective merchandising techniques to enhance product visibility and appeal
- Offer knowledgeable advice on horticulture, landscaping, and gardening topics to support customer needs
- Manage inventory levels by restocking shelves, organizing products, and conducting stock checks regularly




- Support landscape maintenance activities by providing guidance on plant care and garden upkeep when needed
- Assist with e-commerce orders by preparing online purchases for pickup or delivery, ensuring seamless customer service

Skills

- Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling procedures to ensure smooth checkout experiences
- Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases
- Knowledge of gardening, horticulture, and landscape maintenance to offer expert advice and support sales efforts
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to organize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced retail setting

- Experience with cashiering, retail sales, and e-commerce platforms is advantageous for supporting various sales channels
