Business Development and Marketing Manager, Dental Practice (Calgary, AB)

Full time, in person | $55,000 to $70,000 base plus performance bonus

We are a busy, established dental practice in Calgary with room to grow. We are hiring someone to grow our patient base through referral relationships with other dental offices and through marketing campaigns. This is a sales-first role: most of your week will be spent building relationships with other offices and turning them into referrals.

What you will do

- Build and manage a referral network with dental offices across Calgary: visits, follow-ups, lunch-and-learns and referral packages.
- Plan and run marketing campaigns to bring in new patients, including online advertising, community events and promotions.
- Set targets, track where every new patient and referral comes from, and report results monthly.
- Oversee our social media and content, working with outside help where useful.
- Bring proven ideas from other industries and test them here.

What we are looking for

- Two or more years in business-to-business sales, territory sales or business development, with numbers you can show us.




- Experience planning and running marketing or advertising campaigns.
- Comfortable walking into an office cold and building a lasting relationship.
- A university degree in marketing is an asset but not required.
- Experience selling to clinics, such as dental, medical or pharmaceutical sales, is a strong asset.
- Self-directed, organized, and motivated by measurable results.
- Valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle.

- Base salary of $55,000 to $70,000, plus a bonus tied to new patients and referrals.
