This position is for morning shift 8am -1pm during the week and Saturday 9-5 pm.

Join our dynamic team as a Lash Technician where your passion for beauty and customer care will shine! In this vibrant role, you will provide expert eyelash extension services, lash lifts and personalized consultations to help clients look and feel their best.

Experience in lashes is required.

Nails and or waxing and other skills are a bonus. Very significant, must have a client base already.

Responsibilities

- Perform eyelash extension applications with precision, ensuring comfort and safety for each client
- Self motivated social media presence and engagement
- Engage with clients, greeting guests warmly and managing appointment schedules efficiently
- Promote retail sales of skincare products and other services through effective upselling techniques
- Provide excellent customer service by listening attentively, answering questions clearly, and offering personalized recommendations
- Maintain a clean,



organized workspace adhering to health and safety standards at all times
- Assist in product inventory management and restocking supplies as needed

Requirements

Applicant must have their own clients as we do not provide a full schedule of clients for you and do not offer hourly wage only commissions.

- Proven experience in eyelash extensions application and esthetician services preferred
- Strong retail sales skills with the ability to upsell products and services confidently
- English and French speaking
- Excellent communication skills to connect with clients and team members effectively
- Prior experience working at the front desk or in customer service roles is a plus
- Passion for beauty, wellness, and helping clients achieve their aesthetic goals
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Certification or licensing as an esthetician or lash technician required where applicable

Pay: $17.00-$51.25 per hour
