Overview

The Production Cook prepares and cooks meals for service, following established recipes and food safety practices. This hands-on role supports smooth kitchen operations through organized meal preparation, careful food handling, and timely coordination with the food service team.

Duties

- Prepare ingredients and meals according to recipes, service needs, and kitchen procedures.
- Cook food consistently, monitor preparation, and keep work areas and equipment clean and orderly.
- Handle and store food safely, following food safety practices throughout preparation and service.
- Assist with serving and coordinate meal timing with colleagues to support an effective service.

Experience

Required: Practical cooking, food preparation, meal preparation, and food handling capabilities, with attention to food safety and readiness to assist with serving. Preferred: Food service experience, including restaurant, kitchen, or broader food industry experience, can support confident teamwork and effective preparation during service.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
