WF Steel & Crane is a leading fabricator of structural steel and overhead cranes located south of Edmonton in the Nisku Industrial Park, Alberta. We are currently looking for an experienced Structural Loader join our team!

Skills & Knowledge Requirements:

- Previous experience in Loading Structural Steel (1-5 years).
- Competent in the secure operation of Overhead Cranes
- Experienced forklift operator
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritizes demands of the position

Scope of Job Duties & Responsibilities:

- Load and unload structural steel materials onto and off trucks, trailers, and storage racks.




- Ensure all materials are loaded safely and efficiently to prevent injury or damage.
- Operate forklifts, cranes, and other material handling equipment.
- Inspect and verify the quality and quantity of materials being loaded or unloaded.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Work directly with shop Foreman to proactively plan loading activities.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate loading of materials.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
