Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Naturopathic Doctor (ND) to join our multidisciplinary team at Body In Tune Lakeshore West. This part-time opportunity is ideal for an ND looking to establish or expand their practice within a collaborative clinical environment with opportunities for interdisciplinary referrals and integrated care. There is an established Naturopathic caseload to work alongside of.

The successful candidate will have the chance to develop a diverse caseload while working alongside established healthcare professionals. By collaborating with practitioners across multiple disciplines, you can help clients benefit from a more comprehensive approach to their health and wellness.

Responsibilities

- Provide evidence-informed, individualized naturopathic care based on each client's health concerns, goals, and needs
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate, timely, and complete clinical documentation
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to support coordinated, interdisciplinary client care
- Educate and guide clients on appropriate naturopathic approaches to support their health and wellness goals
- Communicate professionally with clients, administrative staff, and fellow practitioners
- Uphold the clinic's standards of professionalism, client experience, and ethical practice
- Manage scheduling, follow-ups, and continuity of care within the clinic's established processes

Qualifications

- Registered and in good standing with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario (CONO)
- Valid skilled liability insurance
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in a clinical or private practice setting is preferred
- A genuine commitment to evidence-informed, client-centred care
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment
- Professional, reliable, and motivated to develop a sustainable clinical practice
