The Paradigm Shift: Why You Want This Role

We do not believe in stretching out a clock. We run a highly disciplined, production-based shift incentive program. If your crew flawlessly executes their daily master checklist with zero defects in 6 hours, they pack their tools, go home early, and get paid for a full 10-hour day.As a Director or Manager within this ecosystem, you are the conductor of this machine. If your crew wins, you win. Your job is to lead, coordinate inventory with our off-site prefabrication studio, inspect execution down to the millimeter, and clear the path so your team can execute.Available Portfolios & Leadership RolesWe are currently recruiting four distinct, process-driven leaders to own their respective execution and logistical windows:

- Shift Director – Structural & Concrete (The Grounder)
- Focus: Groundwork, high-load concrete forming, vibrating mechanical pads, and heavy underground PVC grid banks.
- Shift Director – Systems & MEP (The Technical)
- Focus: Heavy industrial switchgear placement, modular conduit matrix deployment, and hot/cold aisle containment arrays.
- Shift Director – Carpentry & Fit-Out (The Detailer)
- Focus: Precision framing tracking, automated containment door assemblies, gravity drainage, and strict fireproofing seals.
- Logistics Manager – Off-Site Prefabrication (The Studio Engine)
- Focus:



Managing our off-site prefabrication warehouse, directing the assembly of standardized component "kits," and orchestrating the "just-in-time" delivery loop to keep the job site completely clutter-free.

Your Core Accountabilities

- Run the Production Matrix: Manage daily, rapid-deployment tool-workers across highly focused, non-overlapping discipline windows.
- Zero-Defect Enforcement: Execute first-pass, laser-verified inspections using trade-specific digital checklists. You sign off on the quality before a crew moves an inch forward.
- Interlocking Coordination: Run the 30-minute daily "studio-style" site handoffs with incoming/outgoing managers to ensure the stage is spotless and ready for the next crew.
- Just-in-Time Logistics: Coordinate directly with our off-site prefabrication warehouse to ensure pre-assembled kit pallets arrive on-site exactly 30 minutes before your roll time.

Who You Are

- A Process Fanatic: You understand that clean, orderly job sites drive maximum efficiency. You run an environment with absolute precision.
- Technically Advanced: You read complex structural, mechanical, and electrical blueprints down to the millimeter. Experience with laser leveling or digital layout tracking is required.
- A Natural Leader: You know how to motivate a crew to move with speed without sacrificing quality. You understand that clear targets breed high performance.
- Background:



15 to 20+ years of proven experience as a Senior Site Superintendent, Project Manager, or Operations Director in heavy commercial, industrial, or mission-critical construction (Data Centers, Institutional Infrastructure, or advanced multi-stage industrial sets).

Compensation & Executive Perks

- Base Salary Range: $180,000 – $220,000 CAD per year (commensurate with technical infrastructure experience).
- The Paradigm Shift Bonus: Active enrollment in our production-based shift incentive program. When your crew flawlessly hits daily milestone targets under schedule with zero defects, your project pool milestones scale—allowing for substantial additional quarterly bonuses.
- Executive Vehicle Package: $1,000/month dedicated truck/vehicle allowance + corporate fuel card, or a provided corporate vehicle.

Pay: $180,000.00-$220,000.00 per year
