Northside Auto – NAPA AUTOPRO is looking for an experienced, motivated Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing team.

We are an established, locally owned automotive repair facility committed to providing exceptional customer service, quality workmanship, and a professional working environment.

We're introducing an alternative three-day workweek designed to provide our employees with greater flexibility and more time outside of work while maintaining a rewarding career in the automotive industry.

A Schedule That Works for You

- Three 12-hour shifts per week
- 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Four days off every week
- Rotating schedule, including some Saturdays
- More consecutive days off and fewer days commuting to work

Your Responsibilities

- Deliver professional, knowledgeable, and friendly customer service
- Accurately document customer concerns and vehicle service requirements




- Prepare and present repair estimates and recommendations
- Coordinate repair orders, parts availability, and technician workflow
- Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the repair process
- Review digital vehicle inspections and explain recommended services
- Ensure repair orders are completed accurately and efficiently
- Build long-term customer relationships through honesty, transparency, and exceptional service

Qualifications

- Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor is strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of automotive maintenance and repair
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using computers and digital shop management systems
- Professional attitude with a strong focus on teamwork and customer satisfaction
