As a Barber, you’ll provide attentive customer service and hair styling in a clean, welcoming shop. You’ll listen to clients’ preferences, recommend suitable services and products, and help keep daily operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

- Consult with clients about their preferred styles, then deliver haircuts, trims, and styling suited to their requests.
- Maintain clean tools and work areas, following consistent sanitation practices throughout the day.
- Recommend relevant services and products, support retail sales, and use thoughtful upselling to help clients choose options that fit their needs.
- Assist with front desk tasks, including welcoming clients, coordinating appointments, and communicating clearly with clients and colleagues.

Qualifications

Required: Practical hair styling, sanitation, customer service, and communication skills to deliver attentive service and maintain a clean workspace. Preferred: Experience supporting retail sales, upselling, and front desk operations, along with a welcoming approach and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.

Pay: $150.00-$250.00 per day
