To instruct all theoretical and practical aspects of the Electrical Foundation Program and/or Apprenticeship to meet the outcomes as described in the Skilled Trades BC Program Outline.
QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications:
- Completed a recognized 4-year Electrical Apprenticeship
- Inter-provincial Red Seal Qualification Electrical
- Minimum 5 years related post-certification experience
- Post Secondary Electrical teaching experience
- Experience using a Learning Management System, such as Moodle or Microsoft Teams for any required on-line course delivery.
Assets:
- Provincial Instructor’s Diploma Certification or equivalent
- Supervisory experience
- Ability to work as a team member
- Experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Curriculum development
- Other current trade related certificates. E.g. FSR
