Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires a strong commitment to quality and a proactive approach to cleaning and maintenance tasks. We will most likely be Hiring around 2+ Full-Time employees(Better if it's a family member with you), the amount depends on the size of the facility and the amount of work needed.

Duties

- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in designated areas.
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, break rooms, and common areas, ensuring they are stocked with necessary supplies.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and report any issues promptly.
- Utilize appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment for various surfaces and materials.
- Follow safety protocols while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist with minor facilities maintenance tasks as needed, contributing to the overall upkeep of the premises.




- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high standards of cleanliness.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred but not required.
- Honesty
- A vehicle to get to work.
- Must be in St Thomas Or within 15 mins of it.
- Robust attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good organisational skills and time management abilities.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods.
- Familiarity with cleaning products, equipment, and safety procedures is a plus.
