Job Overview

The Concrete Finisher/Patcher prepares, places, finishes, and repairs concrete surfaces on precast products. This hands-on role uses tools, materials, and project plans to deliver durable, clean results while coordinating work with the crew. Your impact: quality concrete repairs help keep shared project areas safe, functional, and ready for the next stage of work.

Duties

- Prepare work areas and concrete surfaces; set forms and install rebar as directed by project plans or schematics.
- Mix, place, level, and finish concrete, using hand tools and power tools to achieve the required surface.
- Patch and restore damaged concrete, and complete related masonry, caulking, or renovation tasks as assigned.
- Read blueprints and coordinate material handling, equipment use, and site cleanup with the crew.





Qualifications

Required: Practical concrete finishing, concrete forming, hand-tool and power-tool skills, blueprint or schematic reading, and the ability to perform heavy lifting safely. Preferred: Construction experience, mechanical knowledge, rebar installation, carpentry, heavy equipment operation, restoration, masonry, renovation, drywall, caulking, flooring installation, or welding experience.

Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
