What You’ll Be Doing

- Preparing the kitchen for the day, including early morning prep
- Baking bread and preparing proteins, sauces, dressings, vegetables, and other ingredients
- Following recipes to ensure consistent quality
- Maintaining food safety, proper storage, and sanitation standards
- Keeping prep areas clean, organized, and ready for service
- Supporting the kitchen and service teams during busy periods
- Contributing ideas and helping develop new menu items
- Following opening, closing, and cleaning procedures

What We’re Looking For

Someone who:





- Is excited to learn, contribute ideas, and grow alongside Renee’s as we expand
- Is reliable, hardworking, and takes pride in their work
- Enjoys cooking and making things from scratch
- Has kitchen experience or is a recent culinary program graduate
- Brings positive energy and works well with others
- Cares about creating a safe, respectful, and fun workplace
- Is comfortable with physical work, including standing for extended periods and lifting typical kitchen supplies

Pay & Hours

- $18–$20/hour plus tips
- Part-time and full-time opportunities
- Early morning starts required
- Opportunities to learn and grow with the business
- Immediate start preferred
