Press Brake Operator

Rival Manufacturing is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Press Brake Operator to help manufacture parts for our custom vehicle products.

What you’ll do:

- Set up and operate a CNC press brake to form sheet metal parts.
- Read fabrication drawings and follow bend specifications.
- Select and install appropriate punches and dies.
- Adjust machine settings and bend sequences to achieve required dimensions and angles.
- Inspect parts using calipers, angle gauges, and other measuring tools.
- Identify and correct forming issues to reduce scrap and rework.
- Follow safe operating procedures and perform routine equipment checks.
- Work with our design, welding, and assembly teams to keep production moving.

What we’re looking for:

- Hands-on experience setting up and operating press brakes.
- Ability to read technical drawings and understand tolerances.
- Knowledge of sheet metal forming, bend allowances, and springback.




- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Safe material handling practices and an organized work area.
- Reliability, teamwork, and practical problem-solving skills.

Experience with CNC press brake programming and forming different materials and thicknesses is an asset.
