What We’re Looking For

- 310S Automotive Service Technician License (Journeyperson status required).
- Backgrounds in dealerships, fleet maintenance, Canadian Tire, or independent repair facilities are all welcome.
- Robust diagnostic skills (electrical,



driveability, engine/transmission overhaul, or diesel experience is a major asset).
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Focus on quality workmanship, shop safety, and solid communication with Advisors and Parts teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform diagnostics, routine maintenance, and complex repairs to Ford and dealership standards.
- Complete digital vehicle inspections (DVIs) and accurately document work and recommendations.
- Work collaboratively with Service and Parts Advisors to maintain fast turn-times.
- Stay current on manufacturer recalls, TSBs, and ongoing technical training.
