Express Employment Professionals is seeking a reliable, physically fit Heavy General Labourer to join our client's outdoor construction team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, performing physically demanding tasks, and supporting day-to-day construction site operations.

A valid Ontario G Driver’s Licence AND your own reliable vehicle are mandatory for this position. Candidates must have dependable transportation to and from job sites.

Responsibilities:

- Perform heavy general labour duties on outdoor construction sites.
- Load, unload, carry, and move construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and general construction activities.
- Support construction crews with daily tasks as required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and protected worksite.
- Follow all site safety procedures and instructions.





Requirements:

- Valid Ontario G Driver’s Licence – mandatory.
- Own reliable vehicle – mandatory.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physically fit and capable of performing repetitive, heavy manual labour.
- Previous construction or heavy general labour experience is an asset.
- Reliable, punctual, hardworking, and safety-conscious.
- Must be able to travel independently to job sites.
