The Range Indoor Golf and Multi-Sport Simulator is looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated team member to help keep our indoor golf and multi-sport entertainment space running smoothly. This is a hands-on, all-around role where no two shifts are exactly the same!

We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in keeping things clean and organized, and is happy to jump in wherever help is needed. Whether you’re welcoming guests, setting up simulator bays, serving snacks, or managing the till, you’ll play an important role in creating a great experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Guest Experience: Welcome guests, answer questions, manage bookings, and provide friendly customer service.
- Simulator Bays: Set up guests in their bays, explain the basics of the simulators, and help ensure everything is ready for their visit.
- POS & Payments: Operate the point-of-sale system, process transactions, and handle customer payments accurately.
- Food & Beverage Service: Serve drinks, alcohol, and snacks while following all applicable serving requirements.
- Cleaning & Maintenance: Keep the facility clean, tidy, and presentable, including simulator bays, tables, washrooms, and common areas.
- Inventory Management:



Monitor stock levels, restock supplies, receive deliveries, and help with inventory counts.
- Daily Operations: Assist with opening and closing duties, restocking, organizing, and whatever else is needed to keep the business running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For

- Must be 19 years of age or older.
- Valid Serving It Right certification.
- Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with customers.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking.
- Willing to take initiative and pitch in wherever needed.
- Comfortable using computers, POS systems, and booking software, or willing to learn.
- An interest in golf, sports, or recreation is a bonus!

The Details

- Position: Part time Guest Experience Team Member
- Location: The Range, Wembley Mall, Parksville, BC
- Schedule: Part-time shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 30.0 per week
