Overview
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Shuttle Driver to join our team. The Shuttle Driver will be responsible for transporting passengers safely and efficiently between designated locations. This role requires excellent customer service skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to maintaining vehicle safety and cleanliness. The ideal candidate will possess mechanical knowledge and experience in commercial driving.

Duties

- Safely operate shuttle vehicles to transport passengers and perform deliveries to various destinations
- Ensure timely arrivals and departures while adhering to traffic regulations and safety protocols.
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting passengers with boarding and disembarking as needed.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the shuttle vehicle, performing routine inspections and cleaning tasks.
- Conduct basic maintenance checks on the vehicle,



identifying any mechanical issues that may arise during operation.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding schedules, delays, or passenger needs.
- Document any incidents or accidents in accordance with company policies.

Skills

- Proficient in English for effective communication with passengers and team members.
- Excellent customer service skills to create a positive experience for all passengers.
- Valid G driving license with a clean driving record is preferred.
- Solid communication skills to relay information clearly and effectively.
