Hughes Containers Group is looking for an experienced Rotary Die-Cut Operator to join our production team.

Responsibilities

- Set up and operate rotary die-cutting equipment.
- Review job orders and production specifications.
- Adjust dies, printing plates, ink, and machine settings.
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and reduce downtime.
- Complete production records and basic machine maintenance.
- Follow all safety and housekeeping procedures.
- Perform other production-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

- Previous rotary die-cutting or corrugated manufacturing experience preferred.
- Experience in the corrugated packaging, printing, or manufacturing industry.
- Solid mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read work orders and use measuring tools.
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and safety-focused.
- Able to stand for extended periods and safely lift materials.

Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour
