Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist | Joybody Physio & Pilates, Delta, BC
Target start: November 1, 2026 (flexible for the right person)
Joybody is opening a second location in Delta, and we're looking for a pelvic floor physiotherapist to join our growing team.
We're not opening this clinic hoping patients will show up. Our first location is full. Our schedule is booked about four weeks out, and we have a waitlist of 20+ people. We're hiring because there are more women looking for care than we can currently see, so you won't be building a caseload from zero.
The space is being built now, and we're designing it around physiotherapy, Clinical Pilates, and pelvic health. You'd be joining at the beginning, and your ideas will shape what Joybody Delta becomes.
About Joybody
We're a women-led team focused on physiotherapy, Clinical Pilates, and women's health. We work one-to-one and take the time to understand the whole person, not just the area that hurts.
The role
- One-to-one pelvic floor assessments and treatment
- Prenatal, postpartum, and general women's health clients
- A whole-body approach that brings movement, strength, and Clinical Pilates into rehab
- Long-term relationships with your clients
- Working alongside our physiotherapists and Pilates practitioners
- Helping shape the pelvic health services we offer in Delta
We want pelvic health to be a real part of what this clinic is, not one more line on a service list.
Who we're looking for
- A registered physiotherapist in good standing with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC
- Trained in pelvic floor physiotherapy, or actively completing your training
- Passionate about women's health and good patient care
- Curious, collaborative, and happy to work independently within a close team
- Interested in using Clinical Pilates and movement in pelvic health care
Pilates experience helps but isn't required. If you're a strong pelvic health clinician who hasn't used it much, we'll train you. What matters most to us is how you think clinically, how you care for your patients, and that you want to keep growing.
What you can expect
- Time with your patients. Our model is built around one-to-one care, not high volume.
- A team and real support. You'll have mentorship, case discussions, and people to collaborate with, so you're never figuring things out alone.
- Clinical Pilates. Our clinics have reformers, towers, Wunda chairs, barrels, and other equipment that we use in rehab.
- Room to grow. We're open to part time or full-time, and there's room for leadership as Joybody expands.
Compensation
Contractor split - based on experience and clinical skill.
